JLL MENA were assigned the task of designing the new headquarters for Al Tayer Stocks in Business Bay. The process started with workplace strategy, followed by design and implemented through change management.
The key brief of the client was to create a collaborative and inspiring workspace for the Al Tayer Stocks (ATS) team. Taking cues from the neighborhood design, the space was planned for activity-based work in order to better reflect the modern ways of working. The spatial planning was developed around key spaces or zones - working zones, meeting rooms, collaboration zones, social zones - allowing each individual to optimise their performance by utilising the space in a way that best suits their working needs.
The overall design is about creating a synergy between the architectural shapes of buildings and how it can be reflected in the interiors. A strong message is communicated by careful consideration of material finishes, organic shapes and structural details.

Haven collection
The Haven collection reimagines home as a mood, an idea, a quality of comfort and familiarity that feeds our instinctual desire to feel grounded in the world.
Dye Lab collection
Dye Lab tile draws inspiration from natural dyes, including madder root, Osage orange, sandalwood, and Saxon, and mimics the colour shifts rendered in naturally dyed textiles, creating an elegant and unpredictable visual. Dye Lab brings lush intimacy or expansive boldness to the spaces where we work, rest and come together.
