A stunning combination of carpet tile styles from a range of Shaw Contract’s EMEA collections are teamed with Unite LVT in a stylish office refurbishment at one of Fisher German’s UK locations.

The 3,800 sq ft space in Banbury required a full commercial office fit out (CAT B) for this firm of property consultants and chartered surveyors whose culture is centred around a happy, vibrant and creative workplace.  

Arc Business Interiors were appointed for the project and specified a range of flooring finishes. The goal was to ensure that each space tied together seamlessly and reflected the cheerful and creative personality of the company, while still maintaining a professional ambiance for clients.

A fresh, contemporary space was achieved through design elements such as decoration, flooring and bespoke furniture.

Arc Business Interiors specified Simply By Nature style Structure carpet tiles in colour Steel Grey for the work bench zones, and for the open staircase. Meanwhile Suited in style Textile in colour Indigo provides a smart, timeless look in the open plan meeting/collaboration areas and brings in a blue tone to complement the shades of mid grey.  

Unite LVT in style Inlet in colour Shade provided the solution for the eye-catching reception area as well as the kitchenette, offering the look of refined wood. This collection of 5mm LVT can be installed next to carpet tiles without the need for transition strips, creating a totally seamless look.

When it came to the Board Room, Arc Business Interiors chose style Honest from the Haven collection in colour Fog. With its texture and pattern scale providing a more resi-mercial look, it evokes a feeling of warmth and comfort and perfectly meets the need of both a creative and professional feel for this space.
