Execution: Amalgam of workstation typologies

The raw space – a humongous 4245 Sq. Mt. – was located at the very top floor of a commercial tower and gave beautiful skyline views from the north and south.

The design team took into consideration the hot climate of the region, and it dictated spatial zoning and orientation of critical spaces. Each collaborative setting is unique and reflective of the client’s work ethos, agility and flexibility.

The agile neighborhoods are an amalgam of four workstation typologies enabling different working styles and hierarchies.

Flooring design was the critical aspect of the overall look and feel of the workspace. The team drew inspiration from Hyderabad’s rocky terrain to design the floor. This included geometric visual cues, organic patterns and planters for the different functional and collaborative spaces.

The new workspace is a tribute to the ethos of the client and Hyderabad’s syncretic cultural context.
