Titan, India's premium watch manufacturer’s primary expectation from its new office was style and sophistication, with practical functionality, just like an elegant watch. The interiors had to represent fluidity of design and seamless movement within a space.

To arrive at the design idiom, M Moser's team first identified the five major experiences that influence organizational culture and individual engagement.

With this idiom as the thematic platform, the team leveraged physical and digital solutions to nurture positive behaviours in the office. These included identifying the social fabric of the space to support collaboration, communication and organizational culture.
