Design framework: Work, collaborate and play

The client signed up DSP Design for the interiors and laid down its requirements and specifications. The client was also articulated about the fundamental rigour expected from the project.

Located in Gurgaon and spreading over 18,000 SFT of raw space, the client’s need was a smart, engaging, and agile workplace that comprised team neighbourhoods, collaboration spaces, recreation spaces, and individual workstations.

Execution: Company culture and design

The design team adopted the theme of a “mid-century modern” personality, along with fresh and highly functional spaces. The natural light and look carried a “dark tonal textured industrial palette” with a deep emphasis on Biophilia and wellness features.

The vibrant and creatively organicwork settingswithin  the workspace neighborhoods helped employees connect and collaborate. The use of bold and dark materials like fluting paneling, wood, and acoustic paneling with rugs in accentuated colors added to the distinct charm of the office.

The unique light fixtures and artworks added a modern flare, embracing the client’s brand and culture. Every detail is carefully blended to create destination points. 

Net result: Experiential agility and comfort

The new office is a dynamic and high-quality environment with height-adjustable workstations, quality finishes, and materiality. The varied collaborative spaces enhance experiential agility and enable employees to work from anywhere.

The flooring is from Shaw Contract’s Shifting Fields collection. The collection delivered the necessary luxury, resilience, and underfoot comfort.
