The building is built and executed by one of India’s premier real estate developers and commands respect for contributing to the city’s phenomenal economic growth and transformation.

The brief to the team from Design Infiniti was to reflect the client’s massive scale of ambition through the interior design of the new office. 

Design framework: When height sets the design tone

The core design idea that occurred to Design Infiniti’s team came from the height and location of the tall building that drew ample natural light.

The brightness and vantage view of the location offered a palette of design opportunities. The design team exploited this scope to infuse dynamism into the raw space through distinctive, attractive, and sustainable elements. 

Execution: Breaking the monotony of conventional design

Among the many characteristics comprising the design plan, the floor, and the walls were crucial. The team put together an interesting permutation of colours and geometric patterns that set the tone of the entire design personality.

This approach, apart from being attractive enabled visual demarcation of the various spaces in the office including cubicles, conference rooms, executive cabins, corridors, and more.

The bold accents and angles give a spirit of movement in a rather still image, mirroring psychological, environmental, and aesthetic implications in the design.

Flooring: Shaw Contract’s Living Systems and Floor Architecture collections

The design identified varied styles from Shaw Contract’s Living Systems and Floor Architecture collections that precisely fit the floor design.

The tiles mirror nature, respond to be adaptive, and transform outlooks. The nuanced colours, punctuated with​ realistic imprints, make a strong design statement.​​

The regenerative design of the collections influences this system-led collection with organic and textural aesthetics, thus transforming outlooks, and co-creating a living system for all interior spaces. 

Net result: Geometric patterns, warm colours, and calm aesthetics
