***ENGLISH TRANSLATION*** (Please note: This entry was submitted using the entrant's native language) It opened on the top floor of a building on the waterfront of Tokyo, which is located in the center of Tokyo but with abundant sea and greenery. The concept of the hotel is ""Tokyo Floating Journey, a trip to Tokyo that penetrates the sky,"" with its ever-changing sky, ships and planes passing by, the city of Tokyo spreading 360 degrees below, and the view overlooking Mt. Fuji in the distance. For the entire interior, the story is likened to a voyage from the basement to the top floor, and the design is based on the motif of the waterside and water surface. Access from the ""diving"" subway is based on the motif of quicksand, stone crystals, and boiling bubbles on the seabed under the shining light. ""Floating"" The entrance on the ground is a landscape of the waterside. The water surface and ripples create a landscape. The lobby of the hotel, which you can reach while raising expectations after getting off the ""departure-voyage"" shuttle ELV, is above the sky. It creates a feeling of liberation for a relaxing trip. “Ikari” Staying in a guest room, which arrives through the garden on the 33rd floor above the ground, is a time to be freed from everyday life by lowering the Ikari. There are 75 guest rooms on one floor, and guests can access the guest rooms by walking along the long corridor. The carpet designed with a large gradation from navy blue to beige based on NOBLE MATERIALS It gives a dramatic change to the corridor space and impresses the area. 東京のウォーターフロント、都心にありながら海と緑が豊かな立地の建物の最上階にオープンしました。 絶えず変化する空、行き交う船や飛行機、眼下に360度広がる東京の街と、遠く富士山まで見渡せる眺めが魅力のホテルのコンセプトは「Tokyo Floating Journey　空に突き抜ける東京の旅」。 全体のインテリアには、地下から最上階までのアプローチに航海になぞらえたストーリーを展開し、水辺や水面などをモチーフにしたデザインを採用しています。 “潜水”地下鉄からアクセスは、降り注ぐ光のもと海底の流砂や石の結晶、沸き上がる泡をモチーフに構成しています。 “浮上”地上のエントランスは水辺の風景　水面や波紋が印影を演出しています。 “出航～航海”シャトルELVを降りて期待を高めながら辿り着くホテルのロビーは、空の上。リラックスした旅の解放感を演出しています。 “碇泊”地上33階の庭を通って辿り着く客室の滞在は、碇を下ろして泊まる、日常から解き放たれるひと時です。 客室階は1フロアに75室が配置され、ゲストが長い廊下を歩いて客室にアクセスするプランです。 NOBLE MATERIALSをベースに紺からベージュへの大きなグラデーションでデザインされたカーペットは、 コリドー空間にドラマチックな変化を与え、エリアを印象づけています。
