Boards Digital Tool

The digital evolution has transformed the way we work, and never before has ease of access to product ideas and inspiration been more important. Our Boards website tool allows you to easily build and share curated collections of products, photography, technical information and more. The tool will soon support collaboration where multiple people can access the same board to comment, make additions, and be energized by design. 

Creating a Board

Sign In or Sign Up

Sign into or create your account on shawcontract.com. Navigate to your Boards library by clicking on the heart icon in the top right of your screen. When creating a new Board there are a series of options to select. First, give your Board a name and brief description. The description informs your reason for creating the Board, or offers instructions to your recipient for how it can be used. Next, browse through varying content types, including articles, product collection pages, and blog posts.

Curating Selections

When adding products to your Board, a broad selection of room scene photography is available to demonstrate the exact style and color swatch you have pinned within the type of setting where it’s intended. You also have access to all of the available information for the product - features, short and full specifications, installation guidelines, and a quick link to the product page. All can be added to your Board for ease of access.


With each addition to your Board, you have the ability to select the size of your selection, alternating small, medium and large formats to customize the visual of your palette. 

Organizing + Sharing

Before or after you begin adding content to your Board, you have the option to organize using sections. Once a section has been named it’s as easy as dragging and dropping your content into the space.

Within your Boards library you can see active and archived Boards. Your archived Boards are still accessible to you, but access is no longer available for those who have the link. There are various ways to sort Boards within your library, including by the date of creation and by what products are included. You can also toggle between an image grid view and a list view according to your preferences.

Select from two straightforward ways to share your Board with others. Simply copy the link and share it via your preferred method, or invite people to view the board by sending an email through our website. The email will mention your name in the subject line so your recipients know the message is from you.

Product samples for all Shaw Contract styles and select Benjamin Moore paints can be added from the Board to your cart with one click of a button.
