Guided by functionality, the office space is defined with a minimalist and refined design. The space is divided by a regular matrix of blank areas, linear lighting fixtures, and clean ceilings, creating a collaborative and orderly office atmosphere that ensures the efficient operation of the system.

Phase II of Duke Kunshan University weaves together the natural textures of the East China water towns, creating a vibrant ecological landscape that changes with the seasons, fostering an ongoing dialogue between the architectural spaces and the natural environment.

Shanghai LI-NING Center

COLORFULL YUJING

The LI-NING Center in Shanghai stands as the Greater Shanghai Regional Headquarters for the LI-NING Group. Encompassing approximately 22,000 square meters, the building seamlessly integrates cultural, sporting, and fashion elements. It offers ample resources and space for talent introduction, reserve, and development within the LI-NING Group. The design is tailored to cater to the requirements of product research and development, corporate image enhancement, product exhibitions, and brand launches, all while providing forward-thinking "flexible office" solutions for enterprises.

The design narrative is a journey exploring the different and contrasting facets of Shanghai, with a view to express the client’s corporate values of “Here for good moments.” The journey begins in the eclectic winding alleys of Shanghai’s Longtang, moving through to the dynamic Huangpu Promenade, the modernity of Shanghai’s architecture, and finishes with the serenity of the Shanghai Skyline.
