The headquarters of Hongshang Group is located on the North Bund. After considering the history and future, city and landscape, architecture and interior, brand and humanities, the mercury god "Mercury", the patron god of ancient Greek merchants, was artistically integrated into the space, reflecting the centuries-old history of the Bund and the romance they dedicated to the land as the inspiration.The modern design language combines the century-old history of the Bund with the future working form to create a warm, comfortable, friendly and experiential "businessman's home" for the new era. With its hard appearance and simple lines, Hongshang Building is full of the fashion and verve of the new era architecture. The Combination of nautical style and modern design presents a low-key luxury of space and businessman's sentiment. The designer believes that the practicality and comfort of the office is more important than anything else, while the owner requires "no harsh direct lighting", so "light without lamp" becomes a constant presence. The lights in the lobby are hidden above the ceiling, and the heat-transferred wood-grain aluminum profiles decorate the ceiling with different densities, so that the lights are reflected and scattered evenly into the room, and the light is soft and warm. The color and shape of the metal materials are customized, and the designed perforated steel plates are arranged in precise angles and sparse relationships to form the ceiling, causing the light to diffuse an elegant light halo. There is light and shadow, left and right, finally meeting with poetry. The elevator lobby on the first floor is again superimposed with the warmth of wood in light and shadow. Light radiates golden light from the gap of the grille ceiling, luxurious but not ostentatious. A circle of chic wall light strips conveys an elegance through the wood finish, as if a refined gentleman, walking slowly. "Because the building is silver in appearance, this cool tone of the glass curtain wall needed to be balanced with softness." Designer Ben says that the sunlight shines through the curtain wall and blends in with the hidden lighting, which is spread in every corner. There is no harsh light anywhere, after which the quiet, calm and comfort comes out slowly. "The project is adjacent to a yacht marina, and the 2nd-5th floors look towards the marina as if they were in a yacht, so we have borrowed elements from yachts to create a series of restaurants, cigar bars, wine bars, book bars and other spaces as if they were in a yacht. Let users enjoy the experience of swimming on the Huangpu River and working, meeting and reception." The designer said. At the foyer on the second floor, the tailor-made sofa arcs are atmospheric and elegant, and the sofa surface pull-button design and retro-toned steel plate screen are laid out in the modern space, outlining the exquisite and elegant sea weather. The furniture should not only be functional, but also create a landscape. Entering the book bar, the arched backdrop, the nautical chandelier and the card table with both value and practicality create an interior atmosphere of "poetry in the belly". The soothing and tranquil neutral tones of dark green, light green and soft yellow, like the stained glass in the old sea-school houses, make people feel happy and spring-like. This is a world that has been carefully designed. From the white table top, champagne gold table legs, light terrazzo and light wood flooring, every line and material seems to be appropriate and well-defined. From "stillness" to "movement", the gym on the same floor continues the simple and modern design language, allowing employees to enjoy a good workout while looking out the window at the sailing marina. The sailboat ropes wrapped around the building's columns remind us of a time when the wind was blowing more than a century ago. The concave and convex siding in the basement floor is like the ripples of the river, which is particularly luminous under the reflection of mirrors and lighting strips. The scenery outside the window and the interior, the texture of the building and the decent soft furnishings are thus silently blended together, which is the designer's consistent design principle and its reinterpretation and extension of the spirit of the sea. There is no fancy decoration in the design language, only the humanistic concern of "people-oriented" and the appropriate practical aesthetics. The conference center on the third floor is the "communication window" of Hongshang Group. The use of black and white gray with champagne gold gives the space a calm and introverted aura and a simple and advanced texture. The reception desk continues the architectural language, with a tailor-made curved glass wall and wave-shaped chandelier echoing each other. The reception area of the conference center is also designed without main lights, but the space is bright and subtle, full of the rhythm of light and shadow changes. The light is evenly distributed from top to bottom in different lighting methods, and the streamlined glass backdrop is lit by the upper and lower light strips, and the embedded tulle forms a hazy texture. Nine meeting rooms are surrounded by dynamic lines to ensure smooth information exchange. The conference tables are customized according to the size, shape, function and orientation of the space, a harmonious unity of practical function and aesthetic interest. Among them, the video conference room has a bright layout, with leather sofas, plain carpets and design floor lamps highlighting the introverted and calm, simple and dignified atmosphere for business discussions. The interior soft furnishings are highly unified with the tone of the space, and the colors and materials echo each other and complement each other. As one of the few office buildings with the best view of the river, the owner of Hongshang Building wanted to let as many employees as possible to view the best scenery. Therefore, Hongshang has drawn the yacht's intention in the space, so that the public space is open to the water and the office is near the water, soothing the rhythm of the concrete city. The staff office area is distinguished by wood grille, warm gray carpet and vibrant blue, green and red color combinations, and the soft assembly colors are laid out methodically based on this, creating a unified office environment with ceiling, floor, wall, furniture and furnishings. The top of the ceiling is made of light film with wood-colored grille, which brings comfortable and efficient office experience with rhythm and rhythm. The fabric furniture and velvet wall coverings are specially selected to neutralize the tense working atmosphere, and the superimposed design approach creates different textures in the space, allowing people to see the diversity and possibilities of design based on practicality. Under the clean and simple visual presentation, the designer creates a new and unique staff office system based on practicality, without a trace of superfluous lines, and every inch of the square is full of the essence. The joy of creativity belongs to the designers, and the enjoyment of beauty belongs to the users. Through the clear floor-to-ceiling glass, the boundary between indoor and outdoor gradually dissolves, and the city skyline of Shanghai, the indoor scenery and people's state of mind also merge together, following the waves of the Huangpu River and the flow of the waves, rushing forward towards the distant goal. Practicality has always been the soul of genuine design. The headquarters office is different from the artistic space, it has to take into account at least ten years of practicality and comfort, and only on top of that is the broadening of the "beauty".
