Incorporating Deloitte’s signature colour palette—green, black, white, and shades of grey, with blue accents in professional settings—the office design established a balanced and cohesive environment. This strategic use of colour reinforced spatial hierarchy, enhancing both functionality and visual appeal.
 
Designed with adaptability at its core, the workspace featured carefully selected flooring and layout decisions that defined distinct zones. Neutral greys created cohesion in circulation areas and open workstations, while blue accents highlighted private offices, adding depth and structure. The seamless transition between these elements fostered a professional yet inviting atmosphere, ensuring both aesthetic continuity and workplace efficiency.

With a commitment to environmentally responsible design, the project aimed for LEED Gold certification. Shaw Contract Auxiliary collection aligned with this objective, ensuring compliance with environmental standards. The carpet tile collection enhanced office space transitions and complemented the project's overall aesthetic.
 
 

The collection was also chosen for its ability to create meaningful transitions within the commercial interior, fostering a sense of focus, involvement, and engagement. The collection’s design supports workplace productivity while maintaining aesthetic fluidity.

Additionally, the sustainability ambitions behind Shaw Contract products aligned with the goal of creating an intentional environment that meets WELL and LEED standards, contributing to the project's broader sustainability objectives.
