The landlord had an ambitious vision for the building. They intended for the main entrance to respect the listed exterior, while the interior would exude the luxurious ambiance of a five-star hotel. The fitout and design detailing were held to the highest standards to create a prestigious facility. This attention to quality extended to the basement conference suite, lift lobbies, tea points, and shower rooms. The general office areas were designed to surpass existing flexible office providers in the city, offering superior accommodation. 
Thoughtfully designed spaces radiate elegance and sophistication right from the moment one steps inside. The conscientious attention to detail in material selection and the consistent application of the fluted manifestation fosters a cohesive visual language that resonates throughout the entire space. 

Flooring decisions included luxurious finishes and marble, sourced from Italy. Sophisticated hospitality look and feel envisioned by the landlord was created using Shaw Contract’s products. Haven collection in two different styles of Familiar and Identity were used embracing luxurious boutique hotel look, utilising textures, and patterns to introduce the warmth and grace withing the flooring solution in this project. Familiar Tile in colour Greige used in spaces aligning soft grey pattern that effortlessly blends through a well-curated colour scheme, adding to its overall quality and enhancing luxurious space with hotel like patterns. Haven Identity Tile in colour Mint served as an accent floor to enhance the luxurious aesthetics of the space, complementing the textures of the furniture, enamelled surfaces – a well-intended balance. 

 
Collection Simply by Nature was chosen for general office area, meeting space. The product provided continuity of soft texture within rich organic patterns of Structure style. Used colours Metallic Beige and Chrome Black efficiently created flexible flow of the floor and perfectly aligned with high quality requirements and elevated surrounding of Louisa Ryland House. 

This prestigious project showcases the power of innovative design, resulting in a captivating and visually striking main office. The outcome has exceeded expectations and the landlord is delighted with the success of the project, which stands as a testament to the effectiveness of careful and creative design in creating an impressive and highly sought-after workspace.
