M Moser’s unique design is inspired by Bain Capital’s own vision; “Committed to creating a lasting impact”. The elegant minimalist design style not only creates an immediate impact for visitors when stepping out of the lift, but the flexible, collaborative workplace also provides a lasting impact for employees and the business. The high quality materials and the attention to detail present an international professionalism in keeping with the brand, while the neutral colour palette engenders a calm sophisticated oasis to support effective working. Carefully selected artwork, including original paintings and sculpture, enhances the refined interior with colour and detail. The open transparent layout ensures everyone has good access to daylight and views while also providing a variety of collaborative and focused work settings. The sea views are also a highlight throughout the office, particularly the conference rooms and “flexi area”. The dual access multifunctional “flexi area”, adjacent to the pantry, typically operates as a staff lounge/breakout space but it can also be secured for hosting client events. First class technology and audio visual equipment throughout, enables productivity and effective communication.
