Project Description

STECON x YAAF, we would like to introduce the new way of working for STECON GROUP people. This floor 22 Level is the sharing facilities between the group in order to create more and more productivity. Offering a variety of seating options in the workplace is beneficial for promoting comfort, flexibility, and productivity. This can include traditional desks and chairs, standing desks, lounge areas with sofas or bean bags, adjustable-height desks, communal tables, and even outdoor seating for a change of scenery. Providing options allows employees to choose the seating that best suits their needs and preferences throughout the day. On top of the branding section, STECON's new branding, given the new direction, represents modernisation and simplification where the sense of original branding, “triangle symbol language”, still exists in the new branding. So, our design intention shows as the construction company by putting in the shape, form, raw materials, material health selection (recyclable acoustic, recyclable carpet, low VOC paint, wood panel & glue, etc.) and bringing corporate colour, which is the way of interior design integrated with the branding. Indeed the modern concept of an office extends beyond a mere workspace. It’s a dynamic environment where people spend a significant portion of their time. Cultivating a holistic approach to office design involves considering factors such as employee comfort, collaboration spaces, sustainability, flexibility, and amenities that contribute to overall wellbeing and productivity. Moreover, the informal space refers to a more relaxed or casual setting where people feel comfortable expressing themselves freely without strict rules or formalities. It could apply to casual discussions, social media, or even more laid-back work environments. In addition, townhall spaces typically refer to public or community meeting spaces where teams can gather to discuss any issues, participate in the meetings, and engage with internal/external. These spaces are important for fostering community engagement, encouraging team participation, and promoting transparency in office environments. Conclusion, we are providing such spaces to recognize the diverse needs of employees and can contribute positively to the work culture. YAAF always supports the sustainable development goals targeted to integrate global empathy in all of the design & service focusing not only on customers and external stakeholders but also on internal stakeholders. For this project, the safety of materials for human health and the environment (Material Health), we used Low VOC paint, wood panel, & glue. In terms of Carbon Impact, we do provide the LED lighting system which can reduce the energy in the office space. Together bringing more natural light into the space, so we can reduce the lighting energy in this project. Our design team, we have a wide range of human qualities and attributes within a company. These qualities and attributes may include but are not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, socioeconomic status, physical abilities, religious beliefs, and cultural backgrounds. We are embracing diversity because it brings a variety of perspectives, experiences, and ideas to the table. When individuals from diverse backgrounds come together, they can collaborate, innovate, and problem-solve more effectively. Diversity fosters creativity, encourages critical thinking, and leads to better decision-making outcomes. In the workplace, diversity and inclusion initiatives are essential for creating a positive and productive environment where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique skills and talents. Organizations that prioritize diversity often benefit from increased employee morale, higher levels of employee engagement, and improved overall performance. Promoting diversity requires a commitment to equity and inclusion, as well as ongoing efforts to address barriers to participation and representation for marginalized groups. By championing diversity in all its forms, individuals, organizations, and societies can create a more just, equitable, and harmonious world for everyone.
