Project Description

The new office building, which Exem built 22 years after its foundation, has a total floor area of about 4,500 pyeong, including two basement floors. The office building is decorated with independent spaces with various concepts for employees' creativity and immersion while focusing on smooth communication and relationship formation among employees. Exem created a large void from the 4th to the 7th floors (meaning an open space of internal space such as a porch, hall, and stairs in architectural terms and a space that becomes central in interior space such as a large hall and restaurant) so that all employees can feel the bond. On all floors, there is a lounge where employees can freely work, interact freely, and relax. The personal work space is equipped with separate spaces that improve work immersion and concentration and open spaces for joint work or conversation, and executives and employees can choose various spaces according to their personal work style. There is also a nature-friendly space that revitalizes the space. There is an indoor garden "Data Forest" where you can take a walk between foliage plants and broadleaf trees, and a large entourage where water flows from outside the building to the lobby. In addition, the exterior wall louver (a long flat plate is installed horizontally, vertically, or in a grid shape to prevent direct light or maintain building temperature) that calculates the inflow of natural light according to the movement of the sun. It is designed to allow sunlight to enter the plants in the indoor garden on the third floor by placing space on the top floor.
