The entire space supports the concept of "learning anytime, anywhere," offering diverse learning environments. The interior spaces of the building embody a spirit of free flow, breaking down spatial boundaries and creating a sense of cohesion and belonging. Phase II of Duke Kunshan University weaves together the natural textures of the East China water towns, creating a vibrant ecological landscape that changes with the seasons, fostering an ongoing dialogue between the architectural spaces and the natural environment. A series of open outdoor spaces transforms the entire campus into a diverse learning and activity hub, encouraging students to meet and interact, thus creating a vibrant community-oriented campus. Its design reflects the interplay between natural aesthetics and contemporary architecture, blending the traditional water town charm with modern culture. This harmonious combination showcases the school's educational philosophy that merges rationalism with humanistic care. While meeting the functional requirements for teaching, research, and living, the design integrates architectural beauty, natural beauty, and humanistic beauty, creating a poetic, low-carbon campus. 整个空间支持“随时随地学习”的理念，提供多样化的学习场景。建筑内部空间徜徉着一种自由流动的精神，打破空间边界，营造出一种凝聚力与归属感。 昆山杜克大学二期校园与江南水乡的自然肌理编织在一起，营造出四季更替、充满生命力的生态画面，在建筑空间与自然环境之间创造持续的对话。 一系列开放的室外空间使整座校园成为多样化的学习和活动场所，鼓励学生们在校园中碰面与交流，从而打造出一个生机勃勃的社区型校园。 其设计体现了自然意趣与当代建筑的穿插连接、传统水乡与现代文化的碰撞交融，刚柔相济中体现了学校理性主义与人文情怀融合的教育理念。在满足校园教学、科研和生活功能求的同时，将建筑之美、自然之美与人文之美融合在一起，创造了一个低碳的、充满诗意的校园。 Duke Kunshan University's Phase II campus is the first and only university campus in China to receive LEED Campus Program certification, with all 22 buildings achieving LEED certification, including the Visitor Center, which has been awarded LEED Platinum certification. 昆山杜克大学二期校园是中国首座且唯一一座获得LEED校园计划认证的大学校园，22座建筑全部获得LEED认证，其中访客中心获得LEED铂金级认证。
