The client: A premier brand in the co-working space

This brand came into prominence in the last decade when office dynamics was undergoing a fundamental recalibration. Office spaces were being taken up for temporary needs, individually and collectively.

The Covid scenario also contributed to the evolution. In this era of hybrid work cultures and hub and spoke work models. It was in this midst that the client expanded to many Indian cities with co-working spaces of varied sizes and price points.

The client planned a new branch in Mumbai (in addition to existing ones) with an array of high-end professional spaces. The new office would be many notches above in terms of luxury and premium facilities.

The spaces had to be so posh and elegant that it would inspire the occupants to come to work every day. NCube Design was appointed as the design partner to arrive at the blueprint the client had envisioned.

Design framework: Plush & functional luxury

While a luxury experience was the desired outcome of the new workspace, it had to fulfill the primary deliverable – a comfortable and professionally productive environment. It had to foster a culture of shared ideas and innovations in the new workspace.

Since the overall theme was about sumptuous luxury, the design team arrived at an anchor look that would have iconic gold and white centre with amalgamation of modern elements.  

The strategic intent was to deliver a contemporary and versatile office environment with a special touch of gold and sumptuous luxury.

Execution: Getting the Gold

The NCube Design team created the "Gold" experience through magnificently crafted and stunning interiors, innovative design, plush lounges, and warm lighting. Gold - coloured lines paired with white panels infused soft elegance and muted glamour added to the environment. It offered an immersive visual experience with a soothing ambiance.

The work cubicles and conference rooms are characterized by sophisticated touches and high-quality amenities to cater to a diverse clientele with varying business needs.

The touch of luxury extended to ergonomic furniture, furnishings, and paneling. Specially designed decorative lights accentuate the interiors further accentuating the plush experience. Decorative jali element on columns & ceiling enhances the overwhelming décor of the space.

Net result: Subtle luxury and high aesthetic standards. 

The final output is an indulgent space that exudes subtle luxury and high standards. The design team succeeded in creating an indulgent and opulent experience in the new workspace, aided by minimalist and relaxed interior design and superior furnishings.

Overall, the client’s new address exudes subtle luxury and high standards and is a perfect office setting to impress client visitors. It reinforces confidence to conduct business and will lead to exponential business growth.
