广州东塔55层基金总部，地处广州珠江新城CBD核心区域，这里有着最密集的摩天楼地标，俯瞰外景的广阔视野，彷似立于云端。 The Fund Office on the 55th Floor of the Guangzhou East Tower is ideally seated at the heart of the city's Pearl River New City CBD, an area teeming with landmark skyscrapers. The office space affords a broad view of the cityscape below from its perch seemingly above the clouds. 设计师以“场所精神”为媒介，展现办公室作为资源整合平台，没有认知的绝对界限，而是存在多元和未来领域的可能性。 The designer seeks to make the office a platform for pooling together resources through weaving in the concept of "Genius Loci,"; there are no definite boundaries of perception, just possibilities that encompass diverse future outcomes. “那时我尚未察觉，但回想起来，我意识到那是我第一次体验到 ‘当下’”。 "I failed to realize it at the time, but in retrospect, it was the first time I am fully experiencing the 'present.'" 设计师将原来采光较弱的封闭格局、传统单一的动线逐一打破，引入充足光线，打开边界与高空视野，重塑对于城市开放办公空间的认知。 The designer has veered away from the traditional closed-space design staples of soft lighting and single-movement line, reshaping our understanding of the urban open office space by introducing well-illuminated, boundary-free space with a broad eagle-eye view. 会客厅作为进入办公室的第一空间，如何能令到访者第一时间便能感受到互动交流、具备前瞻性视野的企业精神，尤为重要。 The lobby is the first space visitors experience upon entering the office. Giving them a feeling of the open communications and forward-looking vision principles embodied by the corporate culture from the moment they come in is essential. 随处可见的柔软弧度，其存在意义在于以设计语言，巧妙地介入空间与人的动线关系。牵引视线的流转，释放柔和的空间温度，对于办公空间特质的重塑起到十分关键的作用。 The ubiquitous soft curving lines and surfaces showcase a design language that engages with the dynamic human-space relationship. Directing the flow of sight and evoking comfort and coziness, the curvature plays a crucial role in reshaping the spatial character of the office. 广州东塔55层基金总部，是以“研究驱动投资、投资引领产业、产业振兴乡村”战略逻辑为引领，面向湾区的生态型社会企业。 The Fund Office on the 55th Floor of the Guangzhou East Tower is an eco-and social-friendly enterprise in the Greater Bay Area. It is a company that’s directed by the vision of spurring the chain of research, investment, and industry on the task of revitalizing rural areas. 从旧改项目到商业项目，从1.0进化到2.0。我们将种光的设计理念，更广泛的运用于城市更新。因此，象征著生长力、希望与未来的“种光计划2.0”应然而生。 From its origins as an urban redevelopment project to its new evolutionary status as a commercial project, we applied the "Seed of Light" concept in a broader context to this urban renewal project, making it a "Seed of Light Version 2.0" project that embraces growth, hope, and the future.
