立足于当代办公语境，寻求、探索未来办公形式可能性,这是甲方与设计共同的设计方向。 From the context of a contemporary office, both the property owner and the designer are keen to explore the possibilities of future forms of office spaces. 项目在崭新的现代写字楼内，与百米之外的老式珠江货运码头产生一组，新与旧、传统工业与新产业、过去与未来共处于此的画面。没有“旧”何以立“新”、没有当代人定义的“传统”何有新产业的立据、没有“过去”更没“未来”。 Located in a new modern office building, the project, a hundred meters away from an old Pearl River freight terminal at the backdrop, creates a juxtaposition of the old and the new, industries fading and emerging, the past and the future. Without the old, how can we define the new? Without traditional industries as defined by contemporary peers, how can we create new industries? Without the past, no discussion about the future can make any sense. 在宏观的历史视野下，任何事物均处于“动态变量”当中。 From a macro-historical perspective, everything is a "dynamic variable." 正如作家凯文凯利书中《必然》提到：所有事物都在不断升级，大部分创新都是现有事物的重组。 As Kevin Kelly notes in his book, "The Inevitable," everything is being constantly upgraded, and most innovations result from the reorganizations of existing things. “鱼珠港”项目正是“重组与升级”的设计过程，将可视与不可视的悉数重组升级：过去与未来的视觉、传统与现代的办公功能形态、进阶的交流与思考，预见未来办公空间的更多可能。 The Yuzhu Port project incorporates "reorganization and upgrading" into its design process. It reorganizes and upgrades the visible and the invisible: a mix of the past and the future, functions, and forms for the traditional and the modern office, and creates space for deep interaction and analysis. It is a hint of the possibilities of the office spaces of the future. 视觉重组：过去与未来的对话 Visual reorganization: A dialogue between the past and the future 将复合现代木质感流线型与仿机臂外形的悬空设计，置于空间视觉中的黄金分割处，跟窗外风蚀多年的码头锈塔臂形成一段时光对话与呼应。 Combined lines of modern wooden veneers merge into an overhang designed to be shaped like a mock arm. It’s hung at a well-calculated point in the occupant’s vision that calls to and contrasts across space and time with the well-weathered crane arm overlooking the pier outside the window. 形态与功能重组：现代与传统的融合 Form and functional reorganization: the fusion of the modern and the traditional 打破常规传统的办公空间功能属性，剥离日常对接待处和会议室的固有概念。从地面浇筑出悬空而具有力量感的吊臂型水吧台，並与头脑风暴区融合一地。能直观地体验到公司的灵感发源，这是现代与常规功能区重组的最強印象。 The designer seeks to break conventional expectations of the functionalities of office space and do away with the stereotypical reception and meeting rooms. A cantilevered and powerful bar table that emerges from the ground leads to the brainstorming area. One can directly see where inspiration wells from for the company. Such is the most powerful statement made by the reorganization of modern and conventional functional areas. 升级：交流与思考的进阶 Upgrading: Going a step further in interaction and analysis 从内环通道墙体设计的卡座到办公桌布局，令每位员工的相遇、驻留、交谈和休息，都是办公室4.0版的工作交流空间。 From the seats in the hallways to the layout of the desks, the design beckons employees to meet, stay, talk, and rest. Such a design reinterprets the meaning of office version 4.0: spaces for work and communication. 一切重组升级都融合于最纯粹的黑与白之间：黑与白，是万物是非的分界，是思考有无的转换，亦是对纯净美好的未来的憧憬。 Everything is reorganized and upgraded to fuse into something between pitch black and snow white: The contradictory colors are visual signs of what is right and what is wrong; they can inspire people to think about what is out there and what is not, and can also nurture the dreams of a tantalizing future.
