We extensively engaged with each group's representatives to understand their needs and aspiration from the very beginning of the project. From the valuable input and feedback that we received, we created a working environment that accommodates the ever-changing nature of Nestle's business. With various working typologies and unique amenities, the new office is a natural haven for diversity. The space is curated to be a human-centric and meaningful space that encourages a sense of community, belonging and pride. The multi-functional use of space, with the injection of biophilia, symbolises resilience, adaptability, growth, life, naturality, sustainability and respect. The result is that the new office improves employees' productivity, and it also takes care of the employees' well-being.
