Project Description

**** English Translation **** The project was developed to play the role of a tool in transforming PwC's work dynamics, providing a more organic and horizontal occupation, bringing more transparency and multiple uses to spaces that were previously symbols of hierarchy in the company's organization. All work areas are permeated with different typologies, in order to allow focused or collaborative work, always with quality and guaranteeing the necessary resources. High concentration work areas were arranged on both floors with a completely different ambience, with a strong presence of biophilic design, not only bringing nature to the office, but also, through the choice of materials, representing a refuge from dynamics and agitation. of the employees' routine, as a "balcony" inside the internal space. The squad areas are also very relevant: totally flexible, they allow the grouping of teams for work focused on high performance groups or the union between these spaces for greater dynamics. A permissive space that offers ownership by employees and encourages creativity and innovation. The variation of typologies is also present in closed rooms. There was, for example, the elimination of individual partner rooms, which become flexible spaces, housing meetings of up to 4 people. The executive committee space itself presents a completely innovative format, allowing people to be distributed around a central space, with the capacity to receive visitors for larger meetings and dynamic debates. Equipped with multimedia that caters to 360° distribution, it is also ideal for hybrid meetings with large audience participation. In addition to these environments, meeting rooms also have several alternatives, such as rooms that integrate with flexible furniture, tables with height adjustment for more dynamic meetings and, finally, a studio that also portrays the company's digital moment, with constant generation. of content for dissemination. A work café, equipped with several options for employees to take a break, connects to a central circulation, which brings contact with PwC content in a digital way, becoming an immersion tunnel. This digital expression of the brand was one of the main pillars of the project's concept. In the area intended for receiving visitors, the point of arrival in a large lounge features a curved LED screen surrounded by a metallic element that surrounds a segregated experience space, intended for unique presentations to customers, also equipped with another LED screen. , which occupies the room as a whole, and a touchscreen monitor for interactive moments. This room can be opened and integrated into the collaborative space adjacent to the arrival lounge, allowing events to be held for a larger audience. Both visual communication and floor coverings bring the sensation of dynamics and transformation, being fundamental elements to compose the scenario with comfort and reception. With flexibility, adaptability, technology and connection, the space reflects the new moment in PWC's trajectory and how the company prepares for the future.
