The Maison Raiselab project is part of the growing trend of third places that we have been observing in France and abroad for a few years. RaiseLab's reason of being is to offer a place where large companies and startups can create sustainable and measurable value together. RaiseLab is the first French player dedicated to Open Innovation. This 2500m2 building in the heart of Paris in the République district is composed of coworking and office spaces, event spaces, bar/restaurant, rooftop and even a hotel residence. Beyond these architectural and organizational specificities, Raiselab is a realization entirely developed for the collaborators and visitors of the place. It is indeed: A place created to encourage meetings: RaiseLab offers 10m2 per resident and 30% of common spaces: a bar/restaurant, a rooftop and event spaces shared by all residents and privatized. These shared spaces can be adapted to accommodate different types of events. A place that responds to new societal challenges. The health crisis has profoundly changed our relationship to space and especially to workplaces. If remote working became the norm, the search for spaces suitable for work in a comfortable setting has also revealed itself. A part of Raiselab's amenities has been designed by taking into account these new ways of working. A place that favors collaboration: residents benefit from complete infrastructures (phone boxes, meeting rooms with different postures, informal work spaces, fiber, printers...) for a great quality of life at work. A place that tells a story: the story of the meeting between Raise and Schoolab to create a unique place that combines the DNA of both institutions. Label Experience's marketing, architecture and visual identity teams worked together in close collaboration with Raiselab's teams to propose a place in line with the expectations of Raise and Schoolab's clients. A place with a positive impact: Raiselab's building has been awarded the High Environmental Quality (HQE) label at the Exceptional level (the highest level), French furniture and companies were selected (e.g. LOUIS bench made in France, Dumez construction company, subsidiary of Vinci...).
