In this tenant improvement space remodel, Cushing Terrell transformed an existing layout of cubicles and perimeter offices to a natural-light filled hub for MacMillan Learning. The new space supports the company’s goal of cultivating knowledge share through areas of collaboration, focus and celebration. Carpet tile and LVT install side-by-side with no transitions to support ease of wayfinding, flexibility, and versatility throughout the space.
