Allsopp & Allsopp, the UAE’s largest real estate firm, partnered with Horton Interiors to create a dynamic, welcoming, and high-energy workplace in Motor City. The goal was to design a space that would not only attract and retain top talent from across the UAE and abroad but also reflect the company's ethos of "work hard, play hard." The result is a workspace that seamlessly blends functionality, aesthetics, and brand identity, fostering productivity and camaraderie among agents. Balancing the hustle and bustle of a busy sales environment with spaces for relaxation and social interaction, the office design begins with a welcoming reception where clients are greeted by a large customised logo and the warm smell of coffee rising from the coffee bar right in front of the main entrance, which sets the mood and the tone of the space. Catering to the diverse needs of employees, whether for internal discussions, client meetings, relaxed chats, or social gatherings, the office is thoughtfully designed to accommodate every scenario. From a lively DJ booth and a PlayStation area to a cozy café, convenient tuck shop, and even a refreshing barbershop, every element contributes to making this modern workspace not only functional, fun and Instagram-worthy but also making Allsopp the new standard for real estate workspaces in the UAE. Aligning with our commitment to sustainability, the Rapid Select collection from ShawContract ensures a healthy indoor environment for employees and clients alike, promoting a clean and safe workspace through careful consideration of material interfaces and connection details. Strategic space planning, with workstations situated near abundant natural light sources, reduces reliance on artificial lighting, thus lowering energy consumption. The design includes a variety of spaces to meet the diverse needs of the team, such as multi-use collaboration areas, private meeting rooms, and informal social spaces like the DJ booth and barista area. This inclusive approach fosters a sense of belonging and equity among employees, ensuring that everyone has a space that suits their work style and social preferences.
