Descripción del Proyecto

Government offices demand great flexibility and versatility whilst maintaining equity. The project vision was to create a dynamic, flexible, efficient, agile workplace that supported service delivery and encouraged collaboration whilst providing for the individual. Rather than creating a space branded for a particular department the project theme was one of calm, professional and welcome, thus providing emotional human connection. The 10,500m2 workplace situated over 6 levels provides equal amenity to all with access to innovation spaces, meeting, utility, lockers, quiet rooms and support spaces whilst great access to natural light for all. The feature of the staff floors is the casual, unique café environment with a mix of large communal tables to encourage connection and smaller personal seating zones.
