IFUNSPACE Creative Center, design concept is defined as a "modular office" space strategy, is committed to creating a natural and comfortable, efficient and collaborative, and more dynamic modern office environment for its design team. Based on the original architectural conditions and spatial needs of the project, we proposed and implemented the spatial strategy of "modular office" by conducting a lot of on-site research and data model analysis on the spatial functions, employees' paths of action, and collaboration modes in the early stage. This strategy accurately covers the multi-dimensional needs of the team at this stage, maximizes the use of limited physical space, effectively promotes collaboration and communication between employees, and also meets the business needs of daily reception of customers and negotiation, forming an efficient circular energy field. #01 Strong functional ties for the "Box" This office space was a dance studio before remodeling, with the main entrance relatively hidden and the interior space in a long strip shape. After a number of site visits and in-depth analysis of the entire space plan, the design team carried out a drastic space remodeling for this project. The positions of the main entrance and the escape door were reversed, and the main entrance was moved to a more conspicuous position, which is convenient for customers to visit and for the company's external publicity and display of the front door. "We wanted to make as many breakthroughs as possible, unlike the traditional office space that's all over the place." said the designers. At the entrance, a solid gray "box" with a strong sense of texture is placed to create a visual focus. The box serves as a strong functional link, dividing the open interior space into two, with the two business divisions on the left and right, realizing the flow and circulation of the space. The rest of the office is composed of five independent functional spaces arranged horizontally one by one to meet the needs of reception, negotiation, tea breaks, meetings and independent offices. This seemingly simple "box", from the outside to the inside with a variety of composite functional attributes, external corporate image wall, internal display cabinets, material room, handmade desk, printing and other powerful storage, storage, display functions. Creative box instead of the traditional cubicles and custom cabinets, so that the conventional dull office space is more interesting, weaken the sense of oppression of confined space, free and transparent, dynamic and simple, modern and efficient. #02 Modern Office, the energy field of simplicity and efficiency The good and efficient modern office experience comes from the design language of the space and the skillful plan layout, but also from the thoughtful detail design. The public office area adopts an open layout with a clear distribution logic, removing the screens between the workstations, and setting up a small number of low grilles in the area near the vestibule to form a semi-separation from the vestibule area, which improves the convenience of daily work communication between employees. In the open office area, environmentally friendly micro-cement paint is used in a large area with plain carpet, simple and delicate; an environmentally friendly work panel that can be repeatedly written on and wiped off is set up on the wall, which is convenient for daily brainstorming or discussion of plans by the design team. The material selection of the office space is based on the premise of sound absorption, environmental protection and health, and the ratio of black, white and grey complement each other. The relatively restrained design releases a quiet space, creating a new experience of a modern and simple office from the comfort of the office. The open working area by the window has an excellent view, with the infinite extension of pieces of green, which is refreshing and relaxing. The beautiful view should be shared, so it is specially designed as a high bar with multiple dynamics, which naturally immerses people in the cityscape, blurring the boundaries between inside and outside, free and easy, and creates a wanton time for happy work. #03 Natural Comfort, habitat of light and shadow The tea break area is located in the middle of the whole office space, with natural warm log color as the main tone, forming a sharp contrast with the black and white of the office area. Focusing on the details and reflecting the quality of the space through diverse materials, the main material used is the anti-fouling and environmentally friendly self-sinking LVT with birch marine boards, which is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, creating a more friendly office environment for the employees. In a modern office environment, in addition to the physical space for efficient collaboration, how to create the conditions to provide a spiritual habitat is also a major design focus. Retaining a large area of windows and introducing natural light, a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere spreads out, following the rhythm of light, as if in nature, with a moderate degree of relaxation and openness is more conducive to stimulate creativity, the space energy continues to flow and is warm and balanced. The independent tea room can be used for daily reception of clients or for leisure and solitude. The space continues the wooden tone of the tea break area, with rattan furniture and simple design sense of lamps, natural bright and comfortable and enjoyable, the design intentionally lowered the height of the tea table by 5 centimeters, in order to be more in line with the operating habits of the tea maker, bursts of tea fragrance, quiet and secluded, enhancing the dialogue between the people and the space of serenity. SVP independent office, modern minimalist black and white-based, to meet the daily needs of independent office, clean glass windows to bring plenty of sunshine infiltration, energy saving and green, combined with the focus on human health details of the design, to alleviate the high intensity of the creative work of the long-term output of the body brought about by the sense of fatigue, the personalized configuration of the user's needs: the use of perforated gypsum board with a liftable seat, white minimalist Art storage sideboard, equipped with an exclusive closet... The details of the design enhance the space, interweaving light and shadow, triggering a more diversified and expansive design exploration. #04 Nature itself,IFUNSPACE Creative Center Connection creates space, and space serves people. The new service-oriented office space created by IFUNSPACE adapts to a variety of modern office scenarios and is releasing the unlimited energy and vitality of the space in a flexible office mode, which is also in line with today's general trend of humanized design in which interior space design focuses on the spiritual needs of employees. In the future, IFUN will continue to start from the heart and firmly shape more and more beautiful spaces.
