CONCEPT In the the bustling heart Jakarta City, the office of MPC was poised to undergo a stunning transformation. The company, renowned for their strong ambition to become a leading investment firm across various stages of business development. It is renowned for their commitment to precision and trust, embarked on a visionary interior design concept that seamlessly merged German precision design principles with luxury, cutting-edge technology, and spaces conducive to collaboration and creativity. RECEPTION/LOUNGE Upon entering the reception area, guests are greeted with a striking feature: a large curved LED screen displaying captivating graphics representing the company's investment expertise. The imagery on the screen is designed to convey a sense of sharpness and innovation, while also exuding a touch of elegance and approachability. The reception area is strategically positioned as a central hub, dividing the space into two departments. It provide a balance between professionalism and comfort, Adjacent to the reception area is a spacious lounge and pantry, serving as a common area for both employees and guests. The lounge features comfortable seating arrangements, plush sofas, and coffee tables, creating an inviting atmosphere for casual discussions, networking, or simply taking a break. The ambiance is carefully crafted to be both relaxed and professional, allowing individuals to connect and exchange ideas in a comfortable setting. Ceiling Membrane lighting is used to provide warm & inviting ambience throughout the reception and meetings room and Feature area. This Gentle & Diffuse lighting creates a welcoming atmosphere. Making Guest comfortable and relax as they are in the room. MEETING ROOM Moving to the left side of the reception area, a large and impressive boardroom awaits. This room is designed to accommodate important meetings and discussions with clients, stakeholders, and executive teams. The boardroom is furnished with a long, sleek white stone table contrasting dark panel wall & dark high quality carpet to provide sound absorption, ensuring a conducive environment for productive meetings and presentations. State of-the-art audio-visual technology is seamlessly integrated, providing a seamless and immersive presentation experience. Towards the left side of the reception area, there are smaller meeting rooms. These rooms are designed to offer privacy for more intimate discussions, brainstorming sessions, or one-on-one meetings. Both meeting room are install with Automation privacy screens, allowing individuals to control the level of privacy they require. The rooms are equipped with modern furnishings and technology, ensuring efficiency and comfort during meetings. The color and pattern of the carpet are carefully selected to complement the boardroom's/Staff Area interior design. Ceiling Membrane lighting is also used in meeting room with spot lights as focal & accent lighting. The lighting Design compliment the overall design adding depth, dimension & sense of sophistication to the space STAFF AREA Throughout the working space, the interior design embodies the concept of clean lines and modern aesthetics, reflecting the precision and innovation that defines MPC. Subtle branding elements are incorporated into the overall design, The contrasting between Dark Carpet tile floor & Wall Panel are compliment with white table & chairs. The lighting is designed to be mix of warm and daylight to create a comfortable reading environment. LIBRARY The library is designed to be a versatile space that encourages reading, inspiration searching, discussions, and brainstorming sessions. It is a place where employees can engage in creative thinking, collaborate, and find inspiration for their work. To add aesthetic value to the space, curated artworks are thoughtfully placed on the walls. These artworks can include paintings, photography, or even sculptures that evoke creativity, imagination, and a sense of inspiration. The selected pieces may highlight the industries company is involved in or showcase works from local artists, adding a unique touch and fostering a connection with the local arts community.
