Multigenerational Workplace Dialogue
9th October 2024
The evening kicked off with an eye-opening exercise that challenged participants to align themselves with work preferences, only to reveal the generational stigmas these choices often represent. This approach demonstrated that middle ground exists across all the age groups, encouraging attendees to look beyond labels.

Specialising in creating transformative environments for high profile clients across the corporate workplace sector. Her expertise extends from prestigious magic circle law offices and bespoke private equity firms to globally recognised brands like Spotify, where the design has won multiple prestigious awards in both London and Berlin.
Michelle's passion lies in fostering meaningful connections between spaces and personal wellbeing. Recently certified as a Health Coach, she is deeply committed to integrating wellness principles into her projects. Beyond her role at tp bennett, Michelle is the founder of "Interior Self," a bespoke coaching consultancy empowering busy, high achieving women to elevate their health and wellbeing from the inside-out, through personalised design for nutrition, lifestyle, mindset & movement.

Erin studied Fibers at Savannah College of Art and Design and has worked in commercial product development and corporate sustainability during her time with Shaw.
She is incredibly passionate about sustainability and wants to do what she can to make a positive impact through design.
She lives in Georgia with her husband (Ethan), dog (Ollie) and two cats (Mochi and Boba).
Talk to her about nature, animals, cozy video games or Star Wars/Harry Potter/LOTR and she will be your friend forever. She loves traveling, trying new foods and matcha lattes (with oat milk)!
